Hello,
I have a very long legal document in which every paragraph is numbered. Is there a way to format text by the level of the number? For example, is there a way to have Word automatically go through a document and change: 1. Title a. Text 2. Title a. Text to 1. Title a. Text 2. Title a. Text Thank you for any help you can provide! |

Set up your numbered list so that each level has a paragraph style attached to it. See http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/numb...g20072010.html. Note that you will have to apply the paragraph styles to text manually when reformatting the document.
