MS Word 3 fonts changed

I was attempting to change my icon sizes on desktop XP and somehow managed to change all the sizes of Word, Outlook Express, etc plus other programs. I can't seem to get them back to normal size. Example is a single page in Word usually at 100% now shows 2 pages at 100%.



As mentioned this is happening to every program.Would like to get it back to normal. Can't use system restore as my tech guy came in to tune up the computer and it's clean now so no point in restore.

Any advice appreciated.
