Default how to have both portrait and landscape?

so basically I have a long article and at some point I must have a table in landscape format because of its size and shape but I see no option to change an INDIVIDUAL page to a landscape.

the only option that seems to be there is for either portrait or landscape for ALL of them.

can anyone help me?
