Does anybody know how to convert a wpd file to a wmf file?

Googled 'convert wpd wmf' and found this top of the list:

ABC Amber Text2Image Converter - Shareware tool

Not tried it myself, but have used ABC Amber stuff before, never had a problem, simple and easy to use and do the job!
