Thanks Bird_FAT. That seems to be what I was thinking of but when you delete a part of it then the bookmark doesn't seem to allow you to add any extra parts to it e.g. changing 02.01.00 to 02.01.01 the last 00 part is just removed so everywhere else it becomes 02.01. I'll also be adding a little bit to the other post as you can actually set Word 2007 to auto update tables etc when you print. (you probably already knew this) |
