Having a problem in Word 2003, have a landscape document and when i print it - error 'Margins outside printable area' - ran through the edit go to fix and clicked fix option when that came up but still when i go to print it after these fixes same error comes up, any ideas quite urgent so any help will be appreciated.

Make sure that you set your margins (Page setup/layout menu) are set so that the document will fit (or, are compatible) with the printer that you are using.

We use a RICOH Aficio MP C5000 PCL 5c prinmter, how can i check where the printer settings are?

I believe the printer is fine as others are fine to print this, but i set the margins fine I am sure then go to file print and it still doesnt print same error comes up after the fix is applied.
