To get the page #s for a given level to line up correctly, simply position the cursor at the end of one of the mis-aligned lines and position a left-aligned tab stop where you want the number to align to. Depending on your existing TOC setup, that may simply entail dragging an existing left-aligned tab stop from where the number now aligns to the new position. As for the font, simply change the font size to whatever you want. Ordinarily, Word's TOC styles are set to auto-update, so that updating the formatting on a given entry should update all entries at that level.
