![]() Create a two-page document (eg using a manual page break to create the second page), with the 'different first page' setup. Add the required footer content to the second page footer, then delete whatever you used to create the second page. When you're done, save the file as a template [File|Save As > Save as Type = Word template (*.dotx)] in your templates folder.
