Envelope Printing is off target - need help please!
Using 2010 Office Word (prior to that 2007 then 2003) and all of a sudden my envelopes are not printing properly. I called my printer company, Brother HL-2140 and after quite a bit of trying, they felt that it probably was caused by an upgrade in Microsoft.
So - can anyone give me any suggestions? I have an envelope saved in Word that I have always used, I use a manual setting and only 1 at a time. The envelope prints BUT the print is not placed properly on the envelope at all... Thanks.
