I have a document (Word 2007) which has lots of text over and quite a lot of different bullet lists. At some stage, the bullets went a bit crazy (!!!) and turned from round black circles to upward pointing arrows. I've been through them all and put them back to the circles but they are very inconsistent - some are a smaller size than others and some have a larger spacing than others between the bullet and the text.
My question is then, can I do anything that tells the document to apply exactly the same format of bullet to all lists within the document? Thanks for looking. C |

Create one or more paragraph Styles with the bullet formats you require, then apply those to the relevant content.

See:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/wo...010230882.aspx FWIW Every paragraph in a Word document has an underlying Style. People who haven't learned to use Word properly tend to ignore this and override whatever Style is in use with the formatting they desire. Doing so makes the document much harder to maintain and increses the file size.
