I have a document (Word 2007) which has lots of text over and quite a lot of different bullet lists. At some stage, the bullets went a bit crazy (!!!) and turned from round black circles to upward pointing arrows. I've been through them all and put them back to the circles but they are very inconsistent - some are a smaller size than others and some have a larger spacing than others between the bullet and the text.

My question is then, can I do anything that tells the document to apply exactly the same format of bullet to all lists within the document?
