If it's just a matter of empty intervening paragraphs, try a wildcard Find/Replace, where:
Find = [^13]{2,}
Replace = ^p

yes i did check the option.



this [Find = [^13]{2,}] does not work too - it collapses everything into one line. i.e.

question Aquestion Bquestion C

Both work fine for me when input as specified for the content you posted. The 'collapsing' suggests you forgot the Replace expression.
