It's too complicated to assign a different style to that Overview paragraph.
I have the that style (Header2) tied to 3 other Multilevel Lists (Appendices A, B, C). I'll just have to delete the words in the TCO for those paragraphs.

Yes Thank you I use Shauna Kelly sites all the time - they're excellent source information. My real problem is the person who sets format for the documents I write doesn't use industry/business standards for format but rather uses their own "personal" standards. If they used business standards this thread word never exist.

I understand that things will be difficult when different reviewers are involved. But be aware that numbering will be very unpredictable in Word unless it is carefully defined (one paragraph style for each level of a multilevel list).
