SOLVED:
A copy of the table was located in the text box above the table. Selecting the text box showed the bottom of the text box was at the top of the table, but expanding the text box to its full size (by dragging downwards) showed the extra copy of the table on top of the intended one. Thanks for the help though, it was very much appreciated! Mark
