Stefan-- I tried to follow the directions, but ran into considerable difficulty doing so as I am using Word 2008 for Mac. The terminology, graphics, etc. just didn't make sense.
I figured out a way to do what I want to do: 1. I created a label document and managed to place the logo, a .tiff file where I wanted it on each of the eight labels. I then printed the number of pages of labels that I needed. 2. I then created a second label document and typed in the name and other info on each of the eight labels for the number of pages determined in 1, above. 3. I then printed the second document to the previously printed "logo" pages. It is admittedly cumbersome, but it worked fine for the limited number of name badges I needed. What to you think? Thanks again for your assistance, advice and interest. Stonely |

Sorry, I have never used MacWord, so I can't give any specific advice for Macintosh versions; I just assumed that the steps would be similar to those in WinWord.
