How to have a heading 1 file automatically appear in each header of any page?

Hi everyone,
I want to know if it is possible to have a heading 1 file, automatically appear in the header of every page? Is there a way to have all words that has heading 1 font on the header of a page?

You can use STYLEREF fields for this. See Insert|Quick Parts|Field>StyleRef.
