Thanks for your answer Stefan, but I'm not quite sure what you mean by “.....probably means that you have to copy items a number of times.....”.
Also, do you mean there’re separate windows & office clipboards? I've always assumed there was one clipboard function, as part of the OS (i.e. holding copied or cut items in memory or in the page file), but that different apps used it differently. I've tried searching for info on this, but not found anything. If you had the inclination to explain, or point me towards some info it’d be much appreciated! It’s not important, but I'm curious about it. Anyway, there's a screenshot below that I found on google books, though of the five options described the first & fourth don’t seem to work for me.
