Default Removing Placeholders When printing

Okay, so I have created a document with Plain text content controllers where my associates enter text and email it back.

I want the flexibility to print out the form if I need to. The problem is that when it is printed the cc boxes show "click to enter text."

I have created a macro that will change the placeholder text to white before printing, then back to the original gray after printing. So I click macros, and run the macro to do that.

My associates don't have this macro, so is there a way to some how embed the macro in the file so that no matter how it's printed, the macro will run?

Thanks in Advanced
