For the text, you can use a legacy form field in a document protected for forms.
I don't know of anyway to keep a picture that can be cropped from being deleted. You might be able to place opaque white objects in front of the edges of the picture instead of cropping using vba but it would be a lot of trouble. You can also use picture-picker content controls but I don't think those allow you to limit editing. I am not an expert on graphics in Word and am high-intermediate when it comes to Forms and form fields. Probably the expert I would go to for answers on limiting picture editing would be Graham Mayor. Microsoft Word Tips |
