If you are using Word more than 6 hours a month you owe it to yourself to learn to use Styles in Word. Within two months you will more than have recovered any time you spend learning them. Save your letterhead as a template in your templates folder. Put the date in using a CreateDate field. When you use it for a new letter, the new date will automatically be inserted and it will stay that date in your saved letter. Templates in Microsoft Word Using Date Fields in Microsoft Word |
