I tried it on my PC. As soon as the table crossed the page, it automatically applies the border.

Have you tried reapplying the table borders? You seem to have done it, as per the picture you uploaded, but no harm trying again. Cannot think of any reason why it should not happen in your document.



You seem to be having some page footer text also. Is that correct? Could that be interfering with the display of the table borders?
