I am working on a maintenance manual for some equipment we manufacture. I would like to make some lubrication tables within each section of the manual for different elements, and have a copy of each table in a summary at the end of the document. The summary tables would be driven/linked to the primary tables in the body of the document, and would not require manual update to match the original. In simple terms I want copies of information in a document, to be inserted in another part of the document. Is this possible, and if so, how? Thanks. |
