Respectfully, I disagree.
Use the built-in heading styles for your chapter titles. Probably Heading 1 or Heading 2 style. Set the paragraph formatting for that style to have a page break before. This will also make it very easy to generate a Table of Contents if you want. See

Manually inserted breaks cause problems. They are seldom needed.
