Missing text - Mac Office 11
Mac Office 11. When opening a file sent to us, no text appears. Multiple files from multiple senders. Same result. If I select all and then select a font, it's all there. Why isn't the text visible when we open the original file?

That suggests there is an error with your Word/Office installation. You will need to go through whatever the standard Mac processes are for correcting installation errors.
