Default How can I edit a form

A previous employee created a form designed for end user input. He is no longer with us and we cannot find a way to edit the document.

There are a number of data input fields on the form and if you click anywhere in the doc the cursor immediately land on the first field.

I'm using WORD 2007. I checked Document Protection, it's not on. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
