Hi all.
In Word 2007 I keep getting this message every time I modify the paper height. It says, "One or more margins are set outside the printable area of the page. Choose the Fix button to increase the appropriate margins." Is there a way to kill this message? I'm never going to print the document, it's for electronic use only. I tried fiddling with the print options in Word but no luck. The paper size in my printer is set well large enough to accommodate the paper size in Word. I'm getting tired of seeing this darn thing. ![]() |

The simple fix is to change your page margins to something the printer you're not going to use can handle. Most printers require margins of at least 5mm/0.2in.

Found the problem. It was the Microsoft XPS Document Writer causing it. I uninstalled it with the XPS Removal Tool by Rogosoft. No more annoying message, sweet.

I do have an Epson printer as default but with the XPS Writer installed I kept getting the message for some reason. Only uninstalling got rid of it. I'll never use the XPS Writer anyway, and if I did want to at some point, it can easily be reinstalled.
