Hi Russell,

AFAIK, the default spacing in Mac Word 2001 for the Normal Style is the same as for PC Word 2007 & 2010, which is 1.15 lines, not double spacing. You can change this at any time by editing the Normal Style.

As for the envelopes issue, I'd suggest checking that your printer driver actually supports the envelope paper sizes.
