In Word 2010, is it possible to set up a 'double' hyperlink, i.e. if you click on the link it takes you to somewhere else in the document where there is also a link, and if you click on that link, it takes you back to where you were before.

If you use one of Word's built-in heading Styles for a heading, or if you bookmark some content you want to link to, a simple cross-reference (with the hyperlink switch) can be used for the linking, though you can use a 'real' hyperlink (to bookmarks only) if you prefer. If you add the forward & back buttons to the Quick Access Toolbar, you can then use them for navigating to/from links you've accessed in the document.

Where is the Quick Access toolbar and how do you add the forward and back buttons? At the moment my hyperlink is only one-way.
