Hi Paul
Thanks for the options I followed your suggestion of using a Tab-Stop.I read up and was able to line up the colons perfectly. Would you have a suggestion for the following.I guess a Tab-Stop but i not sure how this would work 1. I have 12 rows of works.Each row has a sentence between 2 words to eight words long.How would i place a Tab-Stop say 1cm in front of each colon so that the last letter of the last word all line up. Thanks Jason |
