Thanks for that, but I'm not much further on!


Opened the document again tonight (remember it's already repaired & saved... or so it said!) but it came up again with the fault that it could repair by saving - this time I closed the dialogue box with the red cross.
On screen it looked fine but the page I selected to print came out like before, although it looked fine on the screen.
The highlight and ctrl+space just wrecked the layout of the whole document.

I tried another document (one I made last night rather than one I edited) again onscreen looked fine but printing was a disaster. I tried the ctrl+space again and the only visible sign of change was a reduction in font size. It still printed on top of each other - I'll try and attach a scan of it.
