Thank you for the response.
This would definetly work for developing a new document.
However, there are documents that I scan that have areas that are to be filled in.
Therein the problem exisits. I am unable to permanently set these fill-in blanks and accomplish the same effect.
if it were a case of small documents with a few fill-ins, it would be possible to follow your advise. But many are long documents with many fill-ins.
