Can't properly number these damn headers
I have a 23 page report that is taking me longer to number properly than it did write.
Here's what I need, Pages 1 & 2 need no header Pages 3,4 & 5 need to numbered Last name III, IV, V Pages 6-21 need to be numbered 1-15 Pages 22 & 23 should also have no header. The format of the numbering is Lastname 1, Lastname 2, aligned in the right hand corner. Anyone mind helping me out with this? Thanks.
