Hello - i am working in Windows 7, on an MS Word 2010 file - book fold - 194 pages.
Logical pages 1-8 have no numbering.
Logical pages 9-22 have small roman letter numbering
Logical pages 23-194 have standard numerical numbering.

The only way i have been able to print a custom range of logical pages 9-22, is to change "bookfold' to "normal" and print one page at a time, using the "print current page" function.

Using the "custom range" function to print logical pages 9-22 (roman i-x), result in pages 9-22 with standard numerical numbering printing.

Can anyone tell me how to print logical pages with custom numbering in MS Word 2010?
