I was asked to design a brochure in MS Word for a coworker. When I send my coworker the finished brochure, the font changes from the original Gill Sans to Century Gothic.
The weird thing is, the font name is displayed as Gill Sans, although clearly it is not. The second weird thing is that we both have the same version of Gill Sans installed on our computers. The only difference is that she's using Windows Vista while I'm on Windows 7. Any help? |

Based on your description, it's likely that Word is substituting the font on your co-workers machine, which means that the original font is damaged on her machine. She can find out for certain by clicking the Font Substitution button in File tab | Options | Advanced. The fix is to reinstall the font.
