Hi guys,
I have a document where I need to enter about 6 words continuously over different locations in the document. What i want to be able to do is enter it once and have that word automatically fill the other spots where I am required to enter something. How do i do this on word 2007? Thanks |

There are several possibilities. After you have entered the word once, you can enclose it in a bookmark and then insert cross-references to the text of the bookmark elsewhere in the document. This is usually sufficiently "advanced."
For "everything" about repeating data in Word, see http://gregmaxey.com/word_tip_pages/repeating_data.html.
