change indentation of word doucment

can someone please suggest how to change the indentation of the entire document from 0.25 to -0.25 by using the macro.

Assuming that you are referring to left indent, you can use the following code:

ActiveDocument.Content.ParagraphFormat _
    .LeftIndent = _
    InchesToPoints(-0.25)
