Hi,
If I understand correctly, you wish to either add two new additional words or change two existing words. If this is the situation, have you considered using a Macro? I have attached the code for a simple macro that will change the text in a footer. In this example it changes the phrase "Old Data" to "New Data". You only need to create the macro once but you would have to open your individual documents and run the macro for each document. However since you only have 30 documents, it should not take too long.
