normally i know i can create a shortcut (msword 2010);
by going to word options and customise - keyboard shotcuts (at the bottom end); but i am not able to find the option of insert comments and delete comment. so i am not be to assign a new shortcut key to them. any idea? |

I can't find the commands either. I would expect them to be on the Reviewing Tab or under All Commands.
I did record two macros to do it. You could put these (appropriately named) in your normal.dotm and create keyboard shortcuts to do it. I have attached a template with these macros assigned to keyboard shortcuts. It can be placed in your Word Startup Folder and used as an Add-In. |

thanks it works.
though it takes me to review pane ofcourse to enter the text of content. now how do i come to the main document frame or section from review pane without using the mouse. |

actually it shows me the option of keyboard shortcuts on ribbon but does not take me back to the document.
And also is there any easy way. |
