Word auto-repair differences between word 2007

Hi!

I have this file 07_maintenance.doc (see attachment), I can open it in MS Word 2007 and it shows message:

and open file, whereas MS Word 2010 just hangs up - Program is not responding.
No error message, no nothing.

Do you have any ideas, how I could fix this?

I get the same result. I also opened it (without the repair record) in Word 2003.

I opened it in Word 2007 and saved it in docx format. It then opened from Word 2010. This file is attached.

No, I don't now why.

Although, does anyone knows why this happens?
And what's more important, how to trick MS word 2010 to open the document?
