Hi G5 CG,
Anything you want to appear on every page should be put in the page header or footer. For this to work (ie to allow users to type next to the text boxes & photos), the photos would have to be formatted as anything other than in-line. Note that your users wouldn't be able to type into the text boxes unless they do so by accessing the header/footer - and then whatever they type there will appear on every page. An alternative, since your using Office 2007? (on Mac OSX?) is to create a custom Quick Part for adding pages with the required content.
