I've just found this forum, so hello to everyone here!

I've been using Word, problem free, for most of my document-writing for ages now, but I have started having problems with the spacing between paragraphs, and I don't know why. I am a freelance writer so I send documents to clients; I send them with the traditional two spaces between paragraphs but, by the time the client receives them, the spacing has doubled. Can anyone here shed any light on this, please?

I also have another problem; I submit documents in 12pt font, but some of my clients have been receiving them in 10pt. I'd welcome any help and advice, please!
