I have a techincal document that has some definitions of parameter fields. The verbage that I use to define the parameters appear a number of times throughout the document. I would like to write this once and have it show up in the different locations. I do not want a hyperlink. I want the text.
Is there a way do this? Thanks. |

See http://gregmaxey.com/word_tip_pages/repeating_data.html for several suggestions.
