How to insert a (balloon) comment and how to disable comment feature in Word2007?
I got a Word2007 doc which contains some (balloon) comments in the right column.
How do I disable these comments/comment column at the right? If I disable this comment column: Are the existing columns lost or only hidden? Assume I mark some words in the main text: How can I add a new comment? Peter
