![]() This is probably a silly question. I have either corrected or ignored my spelling mistakes so that my document looks clean. I am wondering if I send this document to my uni lecturer is there any way I can stop the red and green lines from re-appearing when the document is opened on his computer?? If so, how do I do this? and will it effect his ability to make changes to my document. |

Select all the text in your document.
On the Review Tab click on language > Select proofing language. Check the box for "do not check spelling or grammar." This language selection works like character formatting. It applies to selected text, not to a document. |
