I have 2 questions here:
QUESTION 1: In Word 2007, is there a way to put a border on an image with one click? In Word 2003, we were able to select an image and click on the little box icon to insert a border (after setting the color and width the first time.) In W-2007, this function has options for only Text and Paragraph (no Picture). If I use the Text option, I get a small white gap at the left margin. How can I get rid of this white gap? I know I can use the right-click Format Picture option or the Picture Tools tab to insert a border, but those function require numerous clicks/selections. We have photo logs with hundreds of photos, and those procedures are too labor intensive for us to do. The one-click way was perfect for us. QUESTION 2: Another option would be for us to save all of our files down to .doc format, but I am concerned other problems will arise with that. Does anyone have any info on that? Thanks for any help! |
