If you have the Adobe Acrobat add-on with your version of MSWord, simply click on the "Create PDF" tab/icon and save to your location.
For simplicity sake, I created your file to .pdf for you in the event you do not have the add-on available. ----------------------- Edit: Ooops! Disregard! I was not paying attention to the embedded fields portion of your question. Unfortunately, I don't know the answer to that either. Sorry... |
