Hi Roy,
What you're describing is a hanging indent. See the attached document, in which I've created a paragraph Style named 'Script'. Copy the Style into your document (eg by copying the paragraph break) and it'll be available for use there. To use it, simply type the actor's name, followed by a tab, then their monologue. Apply the 'Script' paragraph Style and you're done. See Word's Help file for more info on Style formating and usage.
