Thank you, it sounds right but does that mean I have to set up a macro to do that? Isn´t there an option in doing that from the manage styles option? Also is ther a short cut for the ballons themeselves? Thank you for your time in this matter, much appreciated.

In order to change the comment initials, for existing comments, you need a macro, yes.
