I believe you are describing the Format Painter, although I don't recognize your description of the icon(s). In Word, the quickest way to copy formatting from the selection is by pressing Ctrl+Shift+C; you can then paste the formatting (repeatedly, if you wish) to other selections by pressing Ctrl+Shift+V.

Yes, that is what I am referring to, I was looking for the command in order to place it on my QAT I already have the Apply Style tool on my QAT. If you would like you can go under the Customize QAT and look at the Apply Style the icon is very similar the Pick Up Style icon is just empty.
