Default Microsoft Word Formatting problem

Hi

No I didn't receive any other replies and think I will post it again on different areas of the forum in case anyone can help. You are the first person that I have heard from that encounters the same problem and it is very frustrating. Undoing really doesn't solve the problem as the file becomes ridiculously large and although it undoes the last operation, it mucks up the header and footer area which you have to keep going into and changing.

If you hear from anyone else I would appreciate you letting me know.

Thanks

Shirley
